Author Guidelines

Penulis yang akan mengirimkan naskah ke Journal of Innovative Information Systems (JIIS) harus mengikuti pedoman penulisan dan ketentuan pengiriman naskah berikut.

1. Ketentuan Umum

  • Naskah merupakan karya asli dan belum pernah dipublikasikan.
  • Naskah ditulis dalam Bahasa Indonesia atau Bahasa Inggris.
  • Naskah harus mengikuti template jurnal.
  • Panjang naskah 8–12 halaman.
  • Naskah dikirim melalui sistem OJS jurnal.

2. Struktur Naskah

Naskah harus disusun dengan sistematika berikut:

  1. Judul
  2. Nama Penulis dan Afiliasi
  3. Abstrak
  4. Kata Kunci
  5. Pendahuluan
  6. Metode Penelitian
  7. Hasil dan Pembahasan
  8. Kesimpulan
  9. Daftar Pustaka

3. Abstrak

  • Abstrak ditulis dalam Bahasa Inggris.
  • Panjang abstrak 150–250 kata.
  • Abstrak memuat tujuan, metode, hasil, dan kesimpulan.

4. Kata Kunci

  • Terdiri dari 3–5 kata kunci.
  • Kata kunci mencerminkan topik utama artikel.

5. Daftar Pustaka

  • Menggunakan gaya sitasi APA Style.
  • Minimal 10 referensi.
  • 80% referensi berasal dari jurnal 5 tahun terakhir.
  • Disarankan menggunakan Mendeley atau Zotero.

6. Proses Pengiriman Naskah

  1. Penulis mendaftar sebagai Author pada sistem jurnal.
  2. Mengirimkan naskah melalui OJS.
  3. Naskah akan melalui proses peer review.
  4. Penulis melakukan revisi jika diperlukan.
  5. Naskah yang diterima akan dipublikasikan.

7. Plagiarisme

Naskah harus bebas dari plagiarisme dengan tingkat similarity maksimal 25%.

8. Template Artikel

Penulis wajib menggunakan template jurnal.

Authors who wish to submit manuscripts to the Journal of Innovative Information Systems (JIIS) must follow the manuscript preparation guidelines and submission requirements below.

1. General Requirements

  • The manuscript must be an original work and has not been published elsewhere.
  • The manuscript is written in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
  • The manuscript must follow the journal template.
  • The manuscript length is between 8–12 pages.
  • The manuscript must be submitted through the journal OJS system.

2. Manuscript Structure

The manuscript should be prepared with the following structure:

  1. Title
  2. Author Name and Affiliation
  3. Abstract
  4. Keywords
  5. Introduction
  6. Research Method
  7. Results and Discussion
  8. Conclusion
  9. References

3. Abstract

  • The abstract must be written in English.
  • The abstract should be between 150–250 words.
  • The abstract should contain objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.

4. Keywords

  • Provide 3–5 keywords.
  • Keywords should represent the main topics of the article.

5. References

  • References must use APA Style.
  • At least 10 references.
  • 80% of references should be from journals published in the last 5 years.
  • Use reference manager such as Mendeley or Zotero.

6. Submission Process

  1. Register as an author in the journal system.
  2. Submit the manuscript through OJS.
  3. The manuscript will go through the peer review process.
  4. Authors must revise the manuscript if required.
  5. The accepted manuscript will be published.

7. Plagiarism Policy

The manuscript must be free from plagiarism. The maximum similarity index allowed is 25%.

8. Article Template

Authors must use the journal template.
